Phoebus Outdoor Lighting, one primary brand of TianXiang Electric Group was established in 1996, mainly manufactured lighting poles for the domestic market with 4500 M² production area, then start overseas markets since 2008 in research & development for outdoor lighting.

POLES
1. Laser Cutting Machine
Precisely cut the sheet according to the data setting, which is often used for flange production, bar sheet cutting, and the production and processing of custom patterns.


The advantages of Laser Cutting
1st: High precision:
Under normal circumstances, the positioning accuracy of laser cutting is 0.05mm, and the repeated positioning accuracy is 0.02mm.
2nd: Narrow slit:
The laser beam is focused into a very small spot of light, resulting in a very high power density at the focal point, and the material is quickly heated to the point of vaporization, which evaporates to form holes. As the beam moves relatively linearly with the material, the holes continuously form a very narrow slit. The incision width is generally 0.10 ~ 0.20mm.
3rd: The cutting surface is smooth.
The new laser cutting technology can achieve no burrs on the cutting surface, and the roughness of the incision surface is generally controlled within Ra12.5.
4th: Fast speed.
Under normal circumstances, the laser cutting speed can reach 10m/min, the maximum positioning speed can reach 70m/min, much faster than the speed of wire cutting.
5th: Good quality, no damage.
Laser cutting belongs to non-contact cutting, cutting edge is little affected by heat, basically no work piece thermal deformation, completely avoid the collapse of the material formed when punching shear, slit generally does not need two processing. Laser cutting head will not contact with the surface of the material to ensure that the work piece is not scratched.
2. Fully Automatic Rolling Machine
Roll large sheets into desired shapes, including various polygons, with a maximum thickness of 16MM.


3. Welding Machine
After the roll rod is completed, the automatic welding of the longitudinal seam will be carried out here.


4. Welding Robot
Automatic welding of the flanges, triangular bars, arms, and solar frames of light poles.
Precision welding, small weld, high efficiency and uniform, beautiful appearance.


5. Sand-blasting and Plastic-spraying Equipment
The automatic collection chain type plastic spraying line can hang the light pole on the driving beam and enter the sanding machine for automatic sanding, spraying and baking.
360 degree adjustment, with uniform rotation, small pressure loss, stable and reliable rotation, more comprehensive spray.

Solar Panels
1. Fiber Laser Dicing
Laser cut cells to specified size according to customized requirements, the cutting accuracy and speed meet the requirements of product production, and provide effective guarantee for stable cutting.
2. Smart String Welding System
System programming, welding the battery slices in series to a specified size,with higher welding production efficiency and better welding quality, save material and energy consumption.
3. IV Inspection instrument
IV curve tester can test the power, open voltage, short circuit current and maximum power voltage current of photovoltaic modules under different temperature and irradiance conditions and convert them into data under STC standard conditions. At the same time, it can calculate the series resistance Rs through a special algorithm to facilitate the detection of components and component connection problems.
4. EL Inspection instrument
EL testers are mainly used to find defects in PV components. Because the damage of PV components cannot be seen with normal flesh eyes, the damage of PV components and specific parts must be detected by EL tester. And detect the stain and dust shielding loss of photovoltaic system, photovoltaic array temperature rise loss, photovoltaic module power decline, series mismatch loss of photovoltaic modules in the resistance string, and multiple resistance series and parallel mismatch loss.
5. Fully Automatic LaminatorL Inspection instrument
1. Gas-electric conversion high vacuum valve adopts German technology and production process standards, and cooperates with well-known domestic vacuum valve manufacturers, with high sealing and high vacuum degree.
2. Using imported equipment to measure the temperature uniformity of the table, the measured value: ±0.5℃; Fast heating rate, good temperature uniformity, high safety, energy saving, to ensure high quality, high performance components.
3. Man-machine friendly interface design: Taiwan high-quality touch screen, high sensitivity, easy to operate; Process parameter setting is simple.
4. High-end configuration of control system: adopt German Siemens PLC (programmable controller), fast working performance, more reliable.
5. Emergency system and emergency button: After power failure, the upper cover can be opened manually and the components can be removed. In case of emergency, the emergency button can be used to force the shutdown.
6. Multiple accurate and reliable alarm functions: including gas source, vacuum, oil level, overtemperature, frequency converter, motor fault alarm. With a special alarm interface, easy to view, maintenance and analysis.
6. Frame Assembly Machine
Put aluminum alloy frame to the laminate cured solar panel to increase the strength of the component.
The gaps between the frame and the battery components are filled with silicone resin to further seal the battery components and extend the service life of the battery.
