Main components

1. LED lighting system: LED light source system includes: heat dissipation, light distribution, LED module.

2. Lamps: Install LED lighting system in lamps. Cut the wire to make a wire, take 1.0mm red and black copper core stranded wire, cut 6 segments of 40mm each, strip the ends at 5mm, and dip it in tin. For the lead of the lamp board, take YC2X1.0mm two-core wire, cut a section of 700mm, strip the inner end of the outer skin by 60mm, the brown wire stripping head 5mm, dip tin; the blue wire stripping head 5mm, dip tin. The outer end is peeled off 80mm, the brown wire is stripped off 20mm; the blue wire is stripped off 20mm.

3. Light pole: The main materials of LED garden light pole are: equal diameter steel pipe, heterosexual steel pipe, equal diameter aluminum pipe, cast aluminum light pole, aluminum alloy light pole. Commonly used diameters are Φ60, Φ76, Φ89, Φ100, Φ114, Φ140, Φ165, and the thickness of the selected material is divided into: wall thickness 2.5, wall thickness 3.0, wall thickness 3.5 according to the height and the location used.

4. Flange and basic embedded parts: Flange is an important component for the installation of LED garden light pole and ground. LED garden light installation method: Before installing the LED garden light, you need to use M16 or M20 (common specifications) screw to weld into the basic cage according to the standard flange size provided by the manufacturer, and then excavate the pit of the appropriate size at the installation site Put the foundation cage in it, after horizontal correction, use cement concrete to irrigate to fix the foundation cage, and after 3-7 days the cement concrete is fully set, you can install the courtyard lamp.
