1. Light poles are typically 15-50 meters high, using polygonal (usually 8/12/16 sides) pull-out rods. Multiple pole sections use a plug-in structure: (under 20 meters, two sections, 6mm/8mm wall thickness; 25-30 meters, three sections, 6/8/10mm wall thickness; 35-40 meters, four sections, 6/8/8/10 or 6/8/10/12mm wall thickness). The plug-in length is 1.5 times the diameter of the plug-in end. The lamp panel is a frame structure; the bottom flange is circular.

2. All fixing bolts and nuts (except anchor bolts and nuts) of high mast lighting manufacturers should be made of stainless steel.

3. Hot-dip galvanizing process: Hot-dip acid pickling treatment should be used for both internal and external surfaces, with a thickness ≥80um. The designed service life should be no less than 30 years. The galvanized surface should be smooth and aesthetically pleasing, with a consistent color, and should not peel or flake after a hammer test.

4. Welding Process: The entire pole should be free of cracks, incomplete welds, continuous porosity, undercut, etc. Welds should be smooth and flat, without any bumps or unevenness, and free of any welding defects.
