For factory premises and parking lots, conical street light poles 6-8 meters high with a single cantilever design are preferred to maintain a neat and organized layout. The poles are hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance and suitable for dusty and humid factory environments. The poles have thickened flanged bases for stability against vehicle collisions. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
I. Foundation Construction
1. According to the height of conical street light poles, the corresponding foundation pit is excavated, the reinforced concrete base is pre-embedded, the flange bolt holes are reserved, and the leveling is carried out.
2. Secure the pre-embedded anchor bolts in place. Pour the concrete, then let it cure for at least 7 days to make sure the load-bearing capacity of the foundation is up to standard.
II. Pole Erection
1. Before lifting, the conical street light poles shall be checked for deformation, and the galvanized and powder-coated layers shall be checked. Run cables through the pole from the bottom before lifting.
2. Lift the pole smoothly with a crane, aligning it with the base anchor bolts, and slowly lower it, adjusting the pole to be vertical and without tilt.
3. Sequentially tighten the flange nuts. Reinforce the pole diagonally in stages until the pole is stable and does not wobble.
III. Light Fixture and Wiring Installation
1. Fix the light arms and LED streetlights/solar lights on top of the conical street light poles, tighten fixing screws, and make waterproof sealing.
2. Wire the inside of the pole together and tape the wire ends with insulating waterproof tape. Seal up the junction box to protect it from moisture.
IV. Final Inspection and Acceptance
1. Clean the scratches on the surface of conical street light poles, re-measure the verticality and test the power supply, and make sure that the lights are lit normally.
2. Check the tightening of all bolts; Fill the foundation pit with soil and compact; Handover the project after completion.
