The surface is often treated with electrostatic spray painting (UV and fade resistance) and hot-dip galvanizing (rust resistance, with a service life of up to 20 years). Common colors include black, dark gray, bronze, and white, and custom colors can also be customized to match the environment.

Form:

The main shape is cylindrical (simple and elegant, suitable for most scenes), while some designs are polygonal (such as hexagonal and octagonal, enhancing a retro feel) or unusual shapes (such as tree branch imitation and curved poles, suitable for theme parks). Pole diameters typically range from 120mm to 200mm, with the diameter increasing with height to ensure stability.

Stable structure and excellent weather resistance

A: Standard wind resistance: The factory default rating is 10-12 winds (suitable for most inland areas). An enhanced rating (12-14 winds) is available for coastal areas.

2. Q: Can the color and shape of the Decorative Light Post be customized? Are there any restrictions?

A: Yes, but please be aware of material compatibility and process limitations. Specific drawings will be discussed one-on-one.

3. Q: How large should the foundation be for Decorative Light Post installation? What are the requirements?

A: Foundation dimensions: For every 1 meter increase in height, increase the foundation depth by 15-20 cm and the diameter by 10-15 cm. For example:
3m light pole: Foundation depth ≥ 60cm, diameter ≥ 30cm;
5m light pole: Foundation depth ≥ 80cm, diameter ≥ 50cm;
6m light pole: Foundation depth ≥ 100cm, diameter ≥ 60cm.
Material requirements: Concrete must be C30 or higher (high compressive strength). Four 16-20mm Φ anchor bolts must be embedded within the foundation (matching the flange at the bottom of the pole). The bolt tops must be treated with rust-proof paint.
