Solar high mast lights power the lighting system by solar photovoltaic power generation. The complete system consists mainly of solar panels, lithium battery, solar controller, LED lights and high-mast pole (equipped with lifting system).
Under sunlight in daytime, solar panels convert light energy into direct-current electricity, which is stored in the lithium battery via the solar controller. At dusk, when ambient light drops to the preset threshold, the controller automatically switches on the LED lights for night-time lighting. At dawn with sufficient sunlight, the lights turn off automatically, and the system resumes charging and energy storage.

Main Components of Solar High Mast Lights
Solar Panel:
Converts solar energy into direct-current electricity. Mounted on the top of the high mast. Its installation angle is adjusted according to the latitude of each country to achieve optimal sunlight reception.
Lithium-ion Battery Pack:
Stores electric energy generated by solar panels and supplies power to lights at night. It ensures lighting backup for cloudy and rainy days.
Solar Controller:
The core of the system. It provides protection against battery over-charge, over-discharge, over-current and short-circuit. It realizes light-controlled automatic on/off of lights and supports optional timing dimming function.
LED Lights:
High-efficiency LED light source tailored for solar systems, featuring low power consumption and long service life.
High-Mast Pole:
Supports lights and solar panels. It can be fitted with a lifting system to lower the lamp panel to an accessible height for on-site manual operation, facilitating inspection and maintenance.
Key Features of Solar Powered High Mast Lights
Self-sufficient power supply. No municipal AC grid connection or cable trenching work required. - Light-sensor-based automatic light on/off. Timing dimming is optional to save stored energy.
Energy storage by battery guarantees normal lighting during consecutive cloudy and rainy days.
Equipped with lifting mechanism, all maintenance can be completed on the ground without cranes or working at height.
Application Scenarios of Solar High Mast Lights
Suitable for ports, large-scale parking lots, industrial parks, highway interchanges, remote squares and other sites inconvenient for grid cable deployment.
