Technical requirements for street light poles

2. The light pole material is made of high-quality Q235A steel (the silicon content of steel is not higher than 0.04%, refer to the brand Shanghai Baosteel, Maanshan Iron and Steel, Shougang, etc.) The wall thickness of the pole does not include the thickness of the galvanized layer. The main pole of the light pole is a tapered pole, the upper mouth diameter is about 85mm, and the lower mouth diameter is about 200mm. The lifting rods are all steel pipes with a diameter of 60mm. The length of the outside lifting is 1.6 meters for the motorway, the sidewalk is 1.2 meters and the wall thickness is 3mm.

3. The surface of the light pole is smooth, and there should be no cracks, missing welding, continuous pores, undercuts, and inequality in any place. The linear error of the center line of the pole does not exceed 0.02% of the pole length, the pole body has no unevenness or traces, and there is no obvious defect in the appearance of the pole.

4. The lamp pole welding method is automatic sub-arc welding, ultrasonic flaw detection and inspection, which meets the requirements of welding GB11345 class II standard. The lamp pole socketing method is fixed by nails and top wires.

5. The pole adopts hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion treatment, the zinc layer is not less than 75 microns, the surface is practical and smooth, the color is basically the same, after the hammer test, there is no skin, no peeling, and the galvanized life is not less than 20 years.

6. The light pole spray should be made of high-quality outdoor pure polyester plastic powder, the color is to be agreed, the surface is smooth and smooth, the quality of the plastic layer is stable, does not fade, does not fall off, has strong adhesion, strong UV resistance, and the service life should not be less than 20 years, thickness ≥80um, in line with ASTMD339-83 standard.
