Technical requirements
1. The main pole is formed in one step, the weld of the LED street lamp post is flat and smooth, and the protruding part of the weld of the whole pole body has a flat error of no more than ±1mm. The welding method of the lamp pole is automatic sub-arc welding, and the color flaw detection inspection meets the requirements of the international GB/T welding standard.
2. The anti-corrosion treatment of the LED street lamp post is hot-dip galvanizing. The surface of the galvanized layer is smooth and beautiful, with a consistent gloss. There are no wrinkles, drips, zinc tumors, peeling, spots, and yin and yang defects. The thickness of the zinc layer reaches more than 85um, and the anti-corrosion life of the lamp pole is more than 20 years.
3. The surface thickness of the LED street lamp post is ≥60um, and the spraying material is all polyester plastic powder. The color of the plastic powder is used according to the color specified by the customer, which is consistent with the effect diagram.

Technical test
1. Adhesion test: the cross mark is vertically adhered 12 times with a special adhesive tape without peeling.
2. Galvanized layer thickness test: 30 points are randomly selected, and the arithmetic average is greater than 86um.
3. Salt spray resistance test: 5% Nacl, 35°C, 96 hours without yellow rust.
4. Galvanized layer thickness uniformity test: copper sulfate immersion method is tested 6 times without copper hanging phenomenon.
