1. What materials are your octagonal street light poles made of?
We adopt Q235B / Q355B high strength steel plate, automatic bending, and seamless welding. Q355 is better for coastal and windy areas because of its wind resistance.
2. What anti-corrosion treatment do you use?
Standard double protection: hot-dip galvanizing first, then polyester powder spraying. Zinc layer ≥ 85 μm; service life over 20 years outdoors.
3. What height range can you customize?
Custom height. Wall thickness can be chosen from 2.5 mm to 10 mm depending on wind load requirements.
4. May I select single arm and double arms?
Yes. Single arm, double arm, and cantilever arm (optional). The length of the arm and the angle of tilt can be customized according to the drawings.
5. What accessories does it come with?
Matched sets of anchor bolts, access doors, cable brackets, lightning protection fittings, and flange plates are supplied.
6. How high can the pole reach under the wind load standard?
Our octagonal street light poles are designed under international standards for wind load and can be specially designed for typhoon coastal areas if required.
7. What is your MOQ and delivery time?
MOQ 1 set for sample; bulk order lead time 7-15 working days after deposit. We ship overseas projects by sea.
8. Can you produce by customer drawings?
Yes. Municipal & Engineering orders are acceptable with custom drawings, logos, sizes & surface treatments.
