1. Cutting and shearing

Design the cutting size of the light pole according to customer requirements, and reasonably plan the cutting method and size to avoid waste.

2. Bending

Bending is the most critical process in the production of outdoor lamp posts. The quality of bending directly affects the quality of the light pole and cannot be repaired after bending.

3. Welding

When welding, straight seam welding is performed on the pipe seam after bending. Because welding is automatic ambush welding, the welder should have more responsibility. When welding, attention should be paid to adjusting the welding position to ensure the straightness of the weld.

4. Repair and grinding

After the workers finish welding, there will be some small defects. Repair and grinding is to repair these defects to make the surface of the lamp pole smoother, more beautiful and flawless. 5. Shaping

8. Welding the door strip

When welding, the error should not exceed the range, and the door strip should fit the lamp pole tightly to ensure the firmness of the welding. At the same time, when welding the electrical strip and the lock seat, the lock seat should be welded in the middle of the door, the error should be controlled within ±2mm, and the upper surface should be kept level, and should not exceed the range of the lamp pole.

9. Galvanizing

The galvanizing process must comply with national standards to ensure that the surface after plating presents a smooth and color-free appearance, while avoiding the occurrence of sagging.

10. Plastic spraying

Color matching according to customer requirements to ensure the anti-corrosion performance and beauty of the lamp pole.
